- Catherine Day is a botanical illustrator working mainly in watercolour. She is inspired by the West Country flora. She received a silver-guilt medal from the RHS for her work on Mahonias, and has a degree in illustration.

Catherine received her degree in illustration from the University of Plymouth when she graduated in 2005. Catherine has exhibited in Taunton Library, and hopes to exhibit again at the RHS London next year. She visited Mexico this year where she complete a series of Hibiscus flowers.
